Epstein & Junkermann directed UK's push for neurological control

Human-trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein and friend Countess Nicole Junkermann collaborated to implement a directed energy system designed to surveil UK citizens at traffic lights, according to safe tech activist Nicholas Martin. According to The Expose, Junkermann and Parker Moss, the Chief Business Officer at OWKIN, run an AI startup that uses machine learning to augment medical and biology research. Martin and his group, Adult Child Help Environmental Support (ACHES), sued the London govt. this winter for using cancer-causing infrared guns that read biometric data from the human body by irradiating it with over 40 antennae. This data was planned to be cross checked with national health records for a proposed digital ID.The EMF radar also pick up data with the help of graphene oxide nanotechnology in human bodies. Junkermann was part of the UK Health Tech Advisory Board for the United Kingdom's National Health Service, a publicly funded healthcare system that stores health data. Martin says that according to his research Epstein and Junkermann had been collaborating by email on introducing her company to the NHS. Though ACHES lost the suit, an appeal has already been filed.

"When we took them to court [they said] that it's a figment of our imagination," said Martin, "but inside the manufacturer's equipment, as you can see ... they talk about misosopic surveillance. That's the nano level. You can't take a picture of a license plate at the nano-level, you wouldn't get the numbers right."

KY Answering the call of bluegrass safe tech activists, Frankfort state legislators Candy Massaroni and Josh Calloway introduced HB 876, giving KY residents the right to opt out of Smart Meters, keep analog meters and get notice of changes. HB 876 is now in the Energy Committee.

Surgery-Free Brain Implant for Brain-Computer Symbiosis

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) researchers have created tiny implants that travel wirelessly through the bloodstream, cross the blood-brain barrier.These tiny devices can self-implant in the brain, and then be wirelessly powered to stimulate neurons. Titled Circulatronics, they are dubbed a great step for cybernetics -- except for the brain inflamation the Wi-Fi produces.

Do the electrosensitive have fair access to the FCC?

The National Call sent testimony to the Federal Communications Commission regarding disability and video access. On February 26, 2026, the FCC published a notice in connection with its Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) Biennial Report to Congress. The FCC seeks comments on three points: 1.) Compliance with the accessibility requirements for telecommunications and advanced communications services and equipment, and Internet browsers built into mobile phones; 2.) Whether accessibility barriers exist with respect to new communications technologies; and 3.) The effect of the CVAA’s accessibility on the deployment of new communications technologies. National Call urges others to comment. The National Call has filed 45 filings over the last two years, as one of few groups dedicated to this issue.

Fighting for copper lines.

Despite the essential nature of landlines in the L.A. fires this past year, California's telecom industry is trying to change the definition of carrier of last resort to try to shield themselves from having to provide landlines. Safe tech activists and the EMF Safety Network are filing comments in opposition to efforts of AT&T and other carriers' efforts to equate VoiP is similar to copper landlines. This excludes EMR Syndrome sufferers from emergency measures and continues to box consummers into Wi-Fi jail. "I'm so mad," said activist, Sidnee Cox. "They are not telling people they have the right to get their copper lines fixed...We are quite angry about all this."

Snowflake's Navajo County approves cell tower permit, but the fight goes on

On January 28, devastated residents of Navajo County received the news that the county would indeed approve the cell tower on White Antelope Road. The decision came after months of lobbying and pushback from SBA Communications in the form of a federal lawsuit in 2024. Reluctantly, the Board of Supervisors of Navajo county voted 4-1 to allow construction of the 120 ft. mast. Residents have not stood idly but have filed a lawsuit based on the town's own safe tech ordinance. “I just wish there was a path forward that would have allowed us to deny this,” said commissioner Daryl Seymore. “But under federal law, we do not have a way to move forward that would provide greater protection.”

Awaiting May Day.

Safe tech activists are awaiting the results of comments against the proposed rule 25-276 from the Federal Communiations Commission. Rule 25-276 is taking away local control of infrastructure permiting by the back route. Some 5,944 comments, the majority of which, were filed against this rule by individuals, organizations, municipalities and many more. Children's Health Defense filed a 1,500 page document opposing against it. The National Call also added comments.

Helping govt. employees

Safe Tech activists in Rhode Island are trying to get managers of a governmental agencies' campus to protect themselves. Employees at the Pastore Complex who are subject to electrosmog exposure. Activists met with the Department of Environmental Management to ask them to at least monitor the situation." They are probably oblivious," said Sheila Resseger. "And we are trying to inform them so that they can at least ask what is being done to protect them."

Data centers cause vertigo, heart trouble and low spiritual perception

Besides EMF, toxins and water usage, now data centers are under fire for noise pollution. Musician and audio tech expert, Ben Jordan became the talk of Texas this Feb. when he aired results of a double blind study which indicate infrasound produced by AI data centers can cause severe illness. Intrigued by sound samples and complaints near the Mara Crypto Mine, in Granbury, TX, Jordan devised a study. Study subjects were 150% more likely to experience increased dizzyness.

LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, COURTS & THE LAW

VA The legislature of Vermont refused to take over cell tower permitting away from the state Public Utilities Commission, by giving a preliminary approval to a bill that would maintaining the current status quo of Act 250, a state environmental review process. Some citizens wanted to facilitate public comments and discussion on infrastructure permits but telecom experts declared that phone infrascture is too vital to allow such an unwieldy process.

MN Residents of Baytown were angry to receive no notice of the 135ft. cell tower mast that would be going up near homes. On Jan. 20, the commission had a public hearing for a proposed project that would install the tower near the intersection of 40th Street N and Northbrook Blvd. N on a piece of township-owned property.

Residents demanded more information on the amount of RF waves they would be exposed to. The commission then moved to approve a conditional use permit for the tower with a contingency that the township be presented with more information on RF exposure from cell towers.

CT North Haven property owners have been fighting for a year to stop a cell tower being put up in their community. Rich De Palma, says he doesn't want the tower behind his farmland. The lobbyist for Hometown Tower, which is managing the Verizon tower's application said he is confident the tower will be approved. "Its usually a small loud minority vs. a silent majority," he said.

WA Citizens of Clark County were able to defeat a cell tower based on zoning, according to electrosmog activist Mark Wahl. The entire case was decided by holding the telecom to three different sets of "right of way" rules needed to build the 100 ft. cell tower near the homes of these residents. With neighbors watching and aware of all three sets of rules, the telecom is expected to fold.

Canada latest to codify privacy of neural rights

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner (“OPC”) of Canada has codified neural data as a form of biometric information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. This new category was added on February 10, 2026. This joins “neural data” to the list of personal information that is generally considered sensitive and requires a higher degree of protection. This includes EEGs, MRIs and by extension also directed energy weapons. According to neural rights watchdogs, Canada is the latest country to regulate privacy of the human brain and nervous system, after Chile (which codified neural rights in its constitution in 2022) Brazil, Spain and Mexico. In the United States, only California and Colorado have neural privacy laws. Canadian diplomats affected by Havana Syndrome continue to sue for $28 million, while the govt. continues to call this an internal health issue.

Argentina gets rid of landlines

Many older residents in Argentina woke up one day and discovered their phone was no longer working. Like in the United States, the telecoms in that South American country are getting rid of landlines as well, but unlike the United States, they are not legally required to give consumers notice.

Reclaiming our humanity

Diego Hidalgo, a Spanish safe tech activist ran a campaign in February called OFF February, urging people to take time off from their devices. From the Off Movement Manifesto : " we believe that today’s prevailing paradigm of technological development is not entirely aligned with humanity’s interests, and that there is an urgent need for the kind of deep public awareness that leads to a call for hard political measures to regain control.

The Off Movement is also working on longer projects like Off Cafés. Off Cafés are spaces for people to talk about what they do offline and about reclaiming human initiative.
